When I first saw these chairs I was dubious because the price just seemed too good to be true. They looked very beautiful once assembled. My mother loved her new chairs instantly. Well, after using them, I can say they are an incredible value. I found them easy to put together once you follow the included directions and pay attention. They feel sturdy and are comfortable and cushiony, providing full lumber support. Suitable for older people to sit on. The height is perfect and they are wide enough for most to sit on easily. My mom asked for another set of two and I think I should have gotten another set of four.Chairs: 4.5/5I had an issue with the included rings. Mine were rusting in the same two spots on each ring. I believe that it was a local warehouse storage issue and not a manufacturing issue because the package could have been exposed to some humidity. When I messaged the vendor, they were very quick to respond and professional. They sent the new rings for both with FEDEX and they were perfectly shiny and rust-free.Vendor: 5/5
